Care for School-Age Children in Omaha

Sprouting Minds of Omaha offers before and after school care for children up to 12 years old with transportation to and from school. We provide fun activities and projects to keep your child engaged and having fun while they’re in our care. If your child’s school is out, we offer full-day care so you don’t have to worry while you go to work.

e-Learning Available for Homework

Children at this age have homework assignments from school that need to be completed, so we have e-learning options available to allow your child to work on their homework while they’re at our facility. Our staff is trained on these e-learning modules and can help the children with their homework.

Summer Program

Sprouting Minds of Omaha offers a summer program with full-day care for your child. Our staff keeps the kids busy and entertained with fun activities and projects to keep them active and engaged during summer break. The program is structured to keep their minds on track, but also allows them to have plenty of fun and enjoy their summer while staying active and playing outside. We also offer fun fieldtrips so the kids can get out and have fun exploring Omaha!
A big part of our program is providing nutrition to fuel the children’s minds and keep them focused and energized. We use a local company called Midday Meals to provide our food and snacks for the children, which are all USDA approved. They specialize in providing healthy food options for childcare facilities, so your child always has a good mix of protein, grains, dairy, fruits, and vegetables available at our facility.
When you drop your child off at Sprouting Minds of Omaha, you can have peace of mind knowing that they’re getting the education, attention, and nourishment they need to succeed. We’ve mastered the art of combining learning with fun!
