Early Childhood Center Pre-K & Pre-School Programs for North Shore Papillion
Infants
We provide three distinct infant rooms tailored to specific developmental stages:
- Infant 1 (6 weeks to crawling): With a 1:4 caregiver ratio, our staff provides nurturing care with activities like cuddling, storytime, and interactive play to encourage early milestones.
- Infant 2 (crawling to walking): As babies grow, they engage with stimulating toys that help them explore their surroundings, developing motor skills. The 1:4 caregiver ratio continues, and table foods are introduced.
- Infant 3 (walking to toddler): In this room, infants have more space to explore as they grow, with storytelling, sensory activities, and early sign language, all under the care of child development specialists, with a 1:4 teacher ratio.
Toddlers
The toddler program at our early childhood center near North Shore Papillion encourages early learning and social growth through fun and engaging activities:
- Toddler 1 (18 months to 2 ½ years): This room introduces foundational skills such as colors, shapes, and numbers, with a 1:6 teacher ratio. Children engage in songs, art, and interactive play to build knowledge and practice social skills like sharing.
- Toddler 2 (2 ½ to 3 years): With a more structured approach, children participate in hands-on art projects and group activities, learning to take responsibility for their environment as their cognitive and social abilities expand.
Our North Shore Papillion pre-K and preschool programs are designed to prepare children for kindergarten with structured lessons, group time, and social activities. We maintain a 1:10 ratio for preschool and 1:12 for pre-K to provide ample support for every child.
