Meet Our Caring Team
As district manager Margo provides senior leadership and management in a multi-unit business. She oversees the development of the curriculum and the training and mentoring for all employees. Margo has been in the child care field since 2005 when she started with her love of caring for infants. She enjoys being able to meet and get to know all the families and employees on a personal level. Margo was born in Lincoln, Nebraska but spent most of her childhood living in California. Her time away from work is spent with her husband and 3 children.
Our Director Jenna leads the Sprouting Minds 114th & Hwy 370 team with over a decade of experience in early childhood education. Her passion lies in nurturing and witnessing the growth of children. As a mother herself, she understands the importance of providing a supportive and enriching environment for young minds to thrive. Her commitment to both her career and family reflects her genuine love for fostering growth and happiness in the lives of those around her.
Outside of work, Jenna cherishes spending quality time outdoors with her son, embracing the beauty of nature and creating lasting memories together.
With over 20 years of experience in child care, Delea is a dedicated and hardworking Assistant Director passionate about fostering a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Committed to professional growth, Delea participates in yearly continued education to stay current with the best practices in child development and care. Outside of work, Delea enjoys spending quality time with family, including her husband, three children, and eight grandchildren, embracing the joys of family life and the importance of strong, supportive relationships.
Kayla is the District Manager and Interim Director at Sprouting Minds Child Development Center, 205th & Harrison location. She has over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry – and 8 years at Sprouting Minds. Her passion is in nurturing young minds and creating memorable experiences for her family and her students at the center. Outside of work, Kayla cherishes quality time with her husband and two wonderful children, often embarking on camping adventures and vacations together. She is a true advocate for both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
Hannah is the Assistant Director at the Sprouting Minds Harrison center. She has over six years of childcare experience and is passionate about nurturing children’s growth and building strong family relationships. A proud parent of two beautiful daughters, Hannah loves spending her spare time on arts and crafts, and spending time with friends and family.
