Early Childhood Programs for Toddlers, Pre-K & School Age in Armbrust Acres, Papillion
Infant Classrooms: Supporting Development Every Step of the Way
At our Armbrust Acres, Papillion early childhood center, our infant classrooms are designed to nurture your baby’s growth:
- Infant 1: For ages 6 weeks to crawling, we provide a caring environment with one-on-one attention. Babies thrive with cuddles, songs, and interactive play, supported by a 1:4 teacher-child ratio.
- Infant 2: Crawling infants engage with stimulating toys and may begin table foods (with parental consent). A 1:4 ratio ensures personalized care.
- Infant 3: For walkers, this room encourages movement, sensory exploration, art, and early communication through sign language, promoting essential skills.

Toddler Classrooms: Encouraging Growth and Development
Our toddler classrooms are designed to support each child’s unique developmental stage:
- Toddler 1: For children 18 months to 2½ years, with a 1:6 teacher-child ratio. Toddlers engage in songs, stories, art, and play while exploring colors, shapes, letters, and counting. They practice sharing, turn-taking, and begin potty training when ready.
- Toddler 2: For ages 2½ to 3 years, children expand their skills with creative art projects, hands-on learning, and group activities. They explore small group centers, fostering independence and responsibility.
Room transitions are based on each child’s readiness and developmental milestones.
Our preschool program (ages 3–4½) for Armbrust Acres, Papillion offers a structured and engaging classroom environment where children develop academic, social, and motor skills. Through group activities, experiments, art, games, reading, and play, we encourage hands-on learning with a 1:10 teacher-child ratio.
The pre-K program (ages 4½–5½) for Arnbrust Acres, Papillion focuses on preparing children for kindergarten by fostering independence, socialization, and academic readiness. A theme-based curriculum, designed by a retired elementary teacher, ensures essential skills are taught in a dynamic way.
Both classrooms include dedicated learning centers, such as art, math, blocks, and dramatic play, providing daily opportunities for exploration and growth in a supportive setting.

School-Age Program: Encouraging Growth and Confidence
Our school-age program, designed for children up to 12, provides a secure and stimulating space for before- and after-school care. Children receive homework assistance, participate in recreational activities, and develop skills in areas like technology, art, and sports.
Through age-appropriate projects, we foster independence, leadership, and teamwork. With a strong emphasis on character development and community involvement, we help children grow into confident, well-rounded individuals.
