Infant Care in Papillion

Infants go through many major changes during their first year of life. We realize it is important to cater to these different changes as they reach different milestones, which is why we offer three different infant rooms based on their developmental level. Each classroom at our Papillion infant daycare center has a ratio of 1 teacher per every 4 children to give them the proper nurturing and attention they need.

Infant 1 Classroom

Our Papillion infant daycare 1 Classroom focuses on the youngest infants who are at least 6 weeks old to those who are beginning to crawl. In this baby care room, each infant receives special attention and is read to, sung to, constantly held, and played with to help build their developmental milestones. Our playful activities are designed to help them reach milestones specific to this age group and we work with every single infant to ensure they’re reaching them at their own pace. We know you’ll be very anxious every day to hear about your little one’s development, which is why our Papillion baby care staff will provide daily updates on your child to let you know how they’re progressing.

Infant 2 Classroom

Our Papillion infant daycare 2 Classroom focuses on those who are already crawling to almost walking. Little ones at this age are becoming much more exploratory and are constantly on the move, crawling everywhere and pulling themselves up on almost everything. This room includes age-appropriate toys for them to explore and play with while interacting with the other children. With your approval, we are also able to start introducing your child to table foods to get them more familiar with solids. We offer a variety of healthy foods and snacks that are catered in by a local company that specializes in providing childcare nutrition.

Infant 3 Classroom

Our Papillion infant daycare 3 Classroom focuses on the oldest infants, who are typically walking by themselves and transitioning to becoming an independent toddler. Children at this age are interested in exploring everything and are constantly walking or running around, which is why they need space to do so! This spacious room allows them to move around and play with age-appropriate toys to stimulate their development and improve their motor skills. Activities include story time, art time, sensory playtime, and music time. Our experienced staff also works to teach them sign language to better communicate with them, which you can also use at home to better communicate with your child before they’re able to talk!
