We select teachers based on natural talent and encourage advancement from within. Every location has a CPR and First Aid trained staff, and we conduct thorough background check before any employee is hired. 

Mrs Margo

District Manager 

 As district manager Margo provides senior leadership and management in a multi-unit business. She oversees the development of curriculum, and the training and mentoring for all employees. Margo has been in the child care field since 2005 when she started with her love of caring for infants. She enjoys being able to meet and get to know all the families and employees on a personal level. Margo was born in Lincoln, Nebraska but spent most of childhood living in California. Her time away from work is spent with her husband and 3 children ages 4, 7, and 10. 

Mrs Kayla

Program Director 192nd & West Center Location

As program director for our 192nd & West Center location, Kayla oversees all systems and daily operations at the school level. She ensures the systems developed for Sprouting Minds are being implemented correctly. Kayla has a background in early childhood education and has worked in the childcare industry in many different roles for 15 years. She loves watching the kids grow from infants all the way to sending them off to kindergarten. Kayla is very passionate about building relationships with employees and families she cares for. In her time away from work Kayla spends time with her family that includes an 11 year old son and fiancé.

Ms Erica

 Program Director 204th & Pacific Location

As program director for our 204th & Pacific location, Erica oversees all systems and daily operations at the school level. She ensures the systems developed for Sprouting Minds are being implemented correctly. Erica welcomes each family here with open arms and encourages teachers to care for each child individually to fit their needs. Her passion is to see growth in each child, and see them reach milestones set by their parents and teachers. Getting the opportunity to work with so many age groups on a daily basis is absolutely rewarding. Erica is mother of 2 children. When she's not at work, she enjoys watching hockey, going to the movies with her family, and graphic design.
